We have a created an Industrial EAS (Enterprise Application Software) & SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality) SaaS Platform based on a Pay As You Work (PAYW) model to enable businesses to only pay for operational overheads as and when they trade. So far it has been developed for work with Asbestos and is currently being developed for work within the private aviation sector. The intention is to take the product to the US, Europe and Commonwealth Countries.
Elements briefly comprise the following:
1. E-Commerce Market Place for Recruitment Job Boards with ambitions of competing with LinkedIn and Indeed.
2. Employers Liability Compulsory Insurance (ELCI) records and values variable multi-level occupational risks that enables payment of variable premiums as you work (PAYW) - operates a bit like a black box in a vehicle or aircraft and is designed to work with either private captive insurance or legacy insurance products linked to Industry sector specific SHEQ Software products to inform regulatory bodies and insurers of insured’s safety performance.
3. Recruitment / Employers Referral Scheme; generates income / rewards contingent on success and is based on UBERS’ business model (anybody can operate as a recruiter).
4. Gamification intended to create a Social Community and keep users “sticky” with simple games such as Patience, Sudoko, Pokémon and The Sims etc as well as other games (yet to be created) for use as an analytical tool to gauge job applicants aptitudes for jobs and run competitive performance league tables for user rewards which will be redeemable at multiple located restaurant and bar venues such as Weatherspoon's, Pizza Express and Starbucks etc.
5. Virtual Business Credit Card facility operated through our E-Commerce Market Place to provide Revenue Based Funding to help companies grow their businesses and their teams. It will also take advantage of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 to provide further funding facilities to businesses
6. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool (to be developed).
7. Staff/task Scheduling tool (currently in development).
Other insurance and financial products will be developed for offer to Jobseekers, ie., life and medical insurance and personal loans. AJO offer assurance to to Regulators, Finance / loan providers, Insurers / Underwriters, Employers as well as employees whilst work activities are taking place

WORKSTAR is the AJO SaaS platform. It is designed to ensure compliance with current and future legislation for each sector. This includes HMRC, HSE and can be tailored for the regulatory requirements of any other relevent body.
